Group Classes

Group classes offer high quility dance instructions at affordable prices in a social atmosphere. You can participate together with your friends, or just show up and make new ones! Come Dancing offers drop-in classes as well as pre-registered classes.

Drop-in Classes

Drop-in classes do not require pre registering, booking, or calling in advance. You just need to show up for the class! Classes are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, usually at 7:00 PM and/or 8:00 PM. Please check our calendar to see which dances are being taught when. Classes have different levels (beginning, intermediate and advance levels) and they are also indicated on the calendar.

If you are new to ballroom dancing and considering starting some of our group classes, it is always a good idea to start the class at the beginning of the month. This is when a new dance is introduced. Each week new material is added, so by the end of the month you will have a nice selection of dance steps, as well as better understanding of the music, character of the dance, and improved partnering skills.

Pre-registered Classes

10-Week Ballroom Programs are seasonal programs and quite popular in our school. Therefore, advanced registration is recommended. Those programs are offered only on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (beginning level) and 8:00 PM (intermediate level).

Over the course of 10 weeks you learn the most popular dances: Waltz, Rumba, Foxtrot, Swing, Cha-Cha, Salsa and more. Also, you get familiar with the basic principles of ballroom dancing; for example, how to lead and follow, recognize different types of music, and develop grace and confidence on the dance floor.

You may pre-register for our Ballroom Programs by sending us a check in the mail, or you can stop by our studio and register for the class in person.

If you are unable to commit yourself to a full program, you are allowed to take make-up classes from our list of drop-in classes (please refer to our monthly calendar to choose the class, or talk to your teacher to give you the best recommendation). All make-up classes need to be completed upon the end of the program you are registered for.
